Future Stars 2009 Clinic Under Way - 9 June Dates Set

The Future Stars Clinic is back by popular demand. It is for ages 6 through 12 and will run for 9 dates throughout June, 2009. Please see the Schedule Link to the left for exact dates and times. For full details on the Future Stars Clinic click on the Information Link to the left.

12 and 13 Year Old 2-Day Advanced Camp

The FHS coaching staff is offering a 2 day camp from 12:00 to 1:45pm on Tues. 6/23 and Wed. 6/24 at the FHS baseball field for 12 and 13 year old players. The cost is $15 per day or $25 for both days. The Camp staff biographies can be found by clicking the staff link to the left. The camp will feature advanced skills on throwing, pitching (Tues. only), fielding, and hitting (Wed. only). Go to the Registration page link on the left and fill out the form. We will email you the needed paperwork to bring to the camp. You should arrive 15 min. early to check in. Check in is at the top of the stadium at the side window of the concession stand.

Knight Time Baseball operates baseball clinics by the Fairview High School baseball coaches in accordance with the Boulder Valley School District Camp Guidelines.

Mission

Knight TIme Baseball Clinics develop young men through the sport of baseball and ultimately prepare them for the game of life. The love of baseball is the foundation that allows players to reach their physical and emotional potential integrated with high expectations of character.

Philosophy of the Program

Baseball players are made, not born. Knight Time Baseball Clinics develops players through physical, baseball-specific skill, and mental training. These acquired talents help players succeed on the field, in school, and in life.

Clinics

The Knight Time website will be the conduit to the baseball clinics offered by Fairview. The instructional clinics will be offered in the Fall, Winter, and Summer. Each clinic has a defined purpose and target group. For example, the 2008 Future Stars Clinic had 5 seminar style sessions for both the parent and the player (ages 6 to 12) followed by 13 player sessions practicing the seminar topic in a drill series style format.
